When dough is chilled, roll the dough as you would a pie crust – about 1/8 inch thick. Using a 2.5 or 3 inch round glass or cutter, cut 20 circles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a small star cookie cutter, cut shapes out of 10 circles. Using the scraps, roll 4 more circles, cutting stars out of two of them. Return to the refrigerator to chill.
